Serving our clients with excellence is our mission! At Porter Premier Homes, Many of our clients are repeat and referral clients, and we LOVE to meet new Sellers and Buyers. Along with selling real estate, Gersha spends some of her time mentoring new realtors, as well as facilitating homebuyer & home seller education workshops. Gersha Porter is an Associate Broker with Porter Premier Homes and has been a life-long resident of Baltimore City and Baltimore County. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Psychology and Towson University with a Masters in Human Resources Development. As a full time real estate professional, Gersha genuinely enjoys helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.

Gersha and her team specialize in representing clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and investment properties in Baltimore City & the surrounding counties. 

Her commitment to "homeownership for all Americans" is underscored by her desire to bring credit awareness to all through education. This commitment  to homeownership is also evidenced by her participation in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, The Delta Challenge: DST Homeownership Initiative, a national program to increase homeownership and homeownership preservation among African Americans and disenfranchised communities.
